Refund Policy

Green Valley Property Care is committed to providing quality landscaping and property maintenance services. We want every customer to feel confident when working with us.
Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit to reserve scheduling or purchase materials. Any deposit requirements will be clearly communicated to you before work begins. We will not charge a deposit without your prior knowledge and agreement.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel scheduled services by contacting us as early as possible. If work has not started and materials have not been purchased on your behalf, eligible deposits may be refunded at our discretion, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
Completed Services
Completed landscaping and property maintenance services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the work performed. If you believe that completed work does not match the agreed scope of service, please contact us within seven (7) days of service completion so we can review the matter promptly.
Dispute Resolution
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please reach out directly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including performing corrective work where appropriate, at no additional charge.
Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor landscaping services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Such delays or rescheduling do not automatically qualify for refunds, as we will reschedule your service at the earliest available opportunity.
Custom Materials & Supplies
Custom-ordered materials, plants, mulch, decorative stone, or project-specific supplies that have already been purchased for your project are generally non-refundable. We will communicate any such purchases in advance.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
